WEB DESIGN & DEVELOPMENT
Web design projects are milestone-based:
- Deposit (50%): Refundable within 7 days ONLY IF no wireframing or Figma design work has commenced.
- Mid-Project: If you cancel during the development phase (React/Next.js coding), you are liable for hours worked.
- Completed Sites: No refunds once deployed to Vercel/AWS or approved by the client.
MONTHLY MARKETING RETAINERS
Services involving Google Ads, Meta Ads, and SEO:
- Cancellation Notice: 30-day written notice required.
- Ad Spend: Payments to Google/Meta are non-refundable by Digitalx.
- Performance: Refunds are not issued based on ROI metrics unless gross negligence is proven.
COMPANY REGISTRATION
Government interaction services (CIPC, SARS):
- Before Submission: Full refund minus R250 admin fee.
- After Submission: Once lodged with CIPC, NO REFUNDS are possible as government fees are paid.
