• Service Delivery: To register your company with CIPC, design your Next.js website, or manage your Google Ads campaigns.
• Performance of Contract: Drafting legal contracts and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Legitimate Interests: Using data to improve our "Arsenal" of tools to better serve you.
• Legal Compliance: Retaining invoices for 5 years as per SARS regulations.

4. Your Rights Under POPIA

As a South African data subject, you have the right to:

• Access: Request a copy of the personal information we hold (PAIA Manual available on request).
• Correction: Request updates to your data stored in our Supabase databases.
• Deletion: Request removal of your data ("Right to be Forgotten"), subject to SARS retention laws.
